Breast Care Massage TIP

1- Massage the breast from the outside to the inside in a circular motion using the palm.

2- Push into the nipple to the center with fingers to relax and soften lumps.

3- Press the nipple with the thumb and index finger to soften the areola.

4- Gently grab the breast with both hands and press it slightly to the nipple up & down and left & right direction.

 

HOW TO USE:

1- Store in the fridge for about 30 mins!

Take out the Cabbage Breast cream Cooling Ball from the fridge when it is the appropriate temperature for cool massage.

2- Remove the cap.
